Tricks of the Trade: Flashlights

We love shooting creative portraits! Most of the time we use flash but sometimes when we need just a little light we use flashlights. The big advantage is that you can see exactly what light you are getting.  A flashlight with about 200 lumen is usually bright enough for creative portraits.   Choosing a flashlight with multiple light outputs is great because it lets you shoot in many different lighting situations.
